I've always been fascinated with the simplicity and beauty of painting an object with such a minimum pallet. Here's the first of a few raven studies. AKA: A rat with wings.

- I'm a retired Army Artist who now resides in Gardendale, Alabama. I fell in love with art at an early age and learned to paint from his grandfather, Lloyd Depratu. I could not have asked for a better teacher. After all, my grandfather learned to paint from Charles M. Russell. After retiring from the military I decided to pursue a dream of becoming a wildlife and sporting artist.
